Terms of Service

1. What PujaLocal is

PujaLocal is a public ranking of local businesses and professionals, organized by trade and city, where each listing's position is decided purely by the amount bid. By using the site (to bid or simply to browse the ranking) you accept these terms.

2. How it works

Each bid creates a new, independent listing — there are no user accounts or profiles. Anyone can outbid you at any time. Full details of how it works are on the Rules page, which is part of these Terms.

3. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe, in US dollars (USD). PujaLocal never stores your card details — that is handled directly by Stripe.

Bids are non-refundable. You are paying for temporary visibility on the ranking, not buying a long-term guaranteed spot. Your listing activates and goes public as soon as payment is confirmed.

4. Content you publish

You are responsible for making sure the name, trade, city, and contact link you submit are accurate, legal, and don't infringe on anyone else's rights. Illegal, deceptive content, or impersonation of another person or business is not allowed.

We reserve the right to remove any listing that breaks these rules, without any right to a refund.

5. Service availability

PujaLocal is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability or of any results (traffic, customers, or revenue) from appearing on the ranking. We may modify, suspend, or shut down the service at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

PujaLocal is not responsible for content published by third parties, nor for agreements, transactions, or disputes between bidders and the people who contact them through the ranking. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time; changes will be posted on this same page along with the corresponding update date.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts under applicable regulations.
